Guide to the FurryGoods Agreement Library
Welcome to the FurryGoods Agreement Library.
This Agreement Library provides a centralized repository for user agreements, privacy policies, FurryGoods Shop Rules, transaction Rules, Creator Rules, intellectual property Rules and other supplementary policies relating to FurryGoods and its products, services and FurryGoods Shop functions. Through a consistent and clear presentation of these agreements, we seek to help Users, Creators, merchants, partners and other relevant parties understand more readily the fundamental Rules, rights, obligations and applicable conditions governing each service.
This page serves solely as a guide to and index of the Agreement Library. It does not replace the text of any specific agreement, policy or Rules. In the event of any inconsistency between this guide and any specific agreement, policy or Rules, the specific agreement, policy or Rules shall prevail.
1. Scope of the Agreement Library
This Agreement Library covers the various products, services and functions of FurryGoods and its affiliated offerings, including but not limited to:
- general FurryGoods Rules and policies;
- Rules relating to FurryGoods Shop services, User transactions, Creator onboarding, Product publication, after-sales refunds, settlement, intellectual property, prohibited or restricted sales and FurryGoods Shop governance;
- Rules relating to FurCore software services, User use, privacy protection, subscription services, content generation and its community; and
- other FurryGoods ecosystem services that may be launched or integrated in the future.
Different agreements, policies or special Rules may apply to different products, User capacities and use scenarios. When accessing, registering for, logging into, purchasing through, publishing on, onboarding with, downloading, installing, using or subscribing to a product or function, or participating in a FurryGoods Shop campaign, Users shall read the documents applicable to the product, function and capacity actually involved.
Current Service Availability: FurryGoods Shop currently provides User registration, Creator onboarding and review, Product and Work publication, ordering, payment and receipt of funds, delivery support, refunds, dispute assistance, settlement, withdrawal, and related account-management functions. This document applies to the relevant services within its scope. Availability remains subject to User or Creator eligibility, region, Product category, payment method, and necessary security and compliance checks; not every function is guaranteed to be available to every User at all times.
2. Documents Requiring Particular Attention by Different Users
For ease of reference, Users may give priority to the following categories of agreements and Rules according to their capacity.
Ordinary Users and Buyers should pay particular attention to the FurryGoods Shop Service Agreement, User Transaction and Purchase Agreement, Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, after-sales and refund Rules, intellectual property Rules, catalogue of prohibited and restricted sales, and supplementary terms relating to the specific product or service.
Creators, merchants and onboarded Users should pay particular attention to the Creator Onboarding Agreement, Merchant and Creator Rules, Product or Work publication guidelines, Content Standards and Community Guidelines, settlement Rules, tax-related notices, after-sales and refund Rules, intellectual property Rules, violation Rules and dispute resolution procedures.
Software Users should pay particular attention to the applicable software user agreement, privacy policy, subscription service terms, content-generation Rules, data-processing Rules, update notices, and supplementary terms relating to third-party services, plug-ins, models or extended functionality.
Developers, partners and brand-collaboration parties should pay particular attention to the FurryGoods Shop Service Agreement, intellectual property Rules, brand-use Rules, commercial-collaboration Rules, and any future agreements relating to FGID, API access, SDKs, plug-ins, data interfaces or co-branding collaborations that may apply.
Minors and their guardians should pay particular attention to the Protection of Minors Rules, Privacy Policy, Content Standards and Community Guidelines, and any Rules concerning age restrictions, content access, spending activities or account management in the relevant product or service.
These categories are provided solely as a reading guide and do not mean that other agreements or Rules are irrelevant to a User. Users remain responsible for reading in full all documents relevant to the services they actually use.
3. Relationship Among Agreements, Rules and Special Terms
The FurryGoods contractual framework may comprise general agreements, product agreements, special Rules, campaign Rules, on-page notices, order instructions and other supplementary terms.
General agreements ordinarily apply to foundational services and common Rules across the FurryGoods ecosystem. Product agreements ordinarily apply to a particular product or service, such as FurryGoods Shop or FurCore. Special Rules ordinarily apply to a particular function, capacity, transaction type, Product category, content type, campaign or operating procedure.
As a general principle, where a specific product agreement is inconsistent with a general agreement, the specific product agreement shall prevail; where special Rules provide more specific provisions on a particular matter, those special Rules shall prevail; and where campaign Rules, on-page notices or order instructions provide special provisions for a particular transaction or campaign, those special provisions shall prevail, except where otherwise required by applicable laws, regulations or mandatory provisions.
4. Acceptance of Agreements
When registering an account, logging into a FurryGoods Shop, accessing a service, purchasing Products or services, submitting an order, publishing a Product or Work, applying to onboard as a Creator or merchant, downloading or installing software, using a particular function, subscribing to a service, participating in a campaign or continuing to use a relevant service, a User may be required to confirm acceptance of the applicable agreement, policy or Rules by checking a box, clicking to confirm, signing, submitting an application, completing payment, continuing access or continuing use.
Certain agreements may be displayed separately in a particular operating context, or may require renewed confirmation when enabling a function, submitting an order, completing settlement, requesting a withdrawal, publishing, subscribing, updating or upgrading a version. Users shall read the relevant content carefully before confirming acceptance.
If a User does not agree to the applicable agreement, policy or Rules, the User shall cease using the corresponding product, service or function.
5. Agreement Updates and Version Information
FurryGoods may update its agreements, policies or Rules in response to adjustments in product functionality, changes in business models, legal or regulatory requirements, compliance-review findings, security or risk-control needs, FurryGoods Shop-governance requirements or user-experience improvements.
Following an update, we may notify Users through an update to the Agreement Library, a FurryGoods Shop notice, a pop-up notice, an email, an announcement, a product-page notice or another reasonable means. The particular method of notice will be determined according to the type of agreement, the materiality of the change and the applicable circumstances.
Users may consult the update log or relevant pages in the Agreement Library for information concerning the organisation, migration, amendment or publication of material agreement documents. For material changes, we may, to a reasonable extent, provide more prominent notice or require Users to confirm acceptance again.
Unless a specific agreement provides otherwise, an updated agreement, policy or Rules shall take effect on the date of publication or on the effective date stated therein. A User's continued use of the relevant product, service or function following an update may be deemed acceptance of the updated content.
6. Multilingual Versions
To facilitate access by Users in different regions and with different language backgrounds, the FurryGoods Agreement Library may provide Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese, English, Japanese and other language versions.
Different language versions are provided principally for ease of reading. Differences in translation, expression or legal terminology may result in differences of interpretation between language versions. Unless a specific agreement provides otherwise, if any inconsistency or difference of interpretation arises between language versions, the reference language designated in that agreement shall prevail. If no reference language is designated, the version finally and formally published by FurryGoods for the corresponding product or service shall prevail.
7. Relationship Between the Agreement Library and Specific Business Pages
This Agreement Library is the centralized entry point for FurryGoods agreements, policies and Rules. Agreement text, on-page notices, operating instructions or confirmation language presented to a User on a particular product, order, onboarding, payment, settlement, download, installation, subscription, update, publication, appeal or other business page may form part of the Rules applicable to that particular operation.
If the content displayed in the Agreement Library differs from the version of an agreement actually confirmed by a User on a specific business page, the applicable version shall be determined by reference to the time of the relevant operation, the applicable product, the User's capacity, the content displayed on that page and the version finally and formally published. Where a matter requires the User's express confirmation, the agreement, notice or supplementary information displayed when the User confirms, submits or continues the relevant operation will ordinarily constitute important evidence in determining the Rules applicable to that operation.
8. Contact Us
If a User has any question concerning the Agreement Library, privacy protection, processing of personal information, account closure, intellectual-property complaints, infringement notices, Creator onboarding, violation handling, or other FurryGoods Shop Rules, the User shall contact us at the unified external contact email: [email protected].
The FurryGoods Shop ordinarily provides an initial reply within seven (7) Business Days after receiving a complete request. The FurryGoods Shop does not provide telephone customer service or commit to fixed service hours. A matter involving identity verification, a dispute, intellectual property, compliance review, a regulatory requirement, or supplementary materials may require additional time for handling or a final reply.

This page is intended solely to help Users understand the structure, application and recommended reading order of the FurryGoods Agreement Library. It does not constitute a complete statement of any specific right or obligation and does not replace the text of any formal agreement, policy or Rules.
Before using FurryGoods or any of its products, services or functions, Users shall read and understand in full the applicable agreements, policies and Rules in light of their capacity, location, use scenario and specific operation.
If a User has any question regarding the meaning, scope or legal effect of any provision, the User is advised to cease the relevant operation and consult FurryGoods or a qualified professional before using the relevant service.
FurryGoods reserves the right to adjust, update or supplement the structure, document categories, presentation and content of the Agreement Library in accordance with applicable laws and regulations, product and service requirements, FurryGoods Shop operations and compliance requirements.
