FurryGoods Shop Prohibited Goods, Prohibited Services and High-Risk Categories Catalogue (v1.2)

Article 1 Scope and admission principles
In this document, “we”, “us” and “our” mean 香港福瑞谷國際貿易有限公司 (HONG KONG FURRYGOODS INTERNATIONAL TRADE LIMITED), the operator of FurryGoods Shop. “Shop” or the “Platform” means our FurryGoods Shop services. “You” means a user of the services covered by this document. Provisions concerning buyers, creators or other particular capacities apply only to persons acting in that capacity.
This Catalogue applies to goods and services publicly displayed, traded, commissioned, delivered through orders or accessed through linked referrals. Legally prohibited activities must not be conducted. Further restrictions we impose require clear standards and necessary grounds. Absence from an itemised list is not automatic permission. New restrictions require lawful notice and handling of existing orders and confer no arbitrary right to confiscate funds.
Article 2 Prohibited items
The following content or services must not be offered:
- Unlawful goods, unlawful intermediary services and services evading statutory licensing.
- Pornographic, obscene, explicit adult or R18 content, commissions and referrals; any sexualisation, pornography or sexual exploitation of minors.
- Goods, materials or services infringing intellectual property, likeness, privacy, reputation or other lawful rights.
- Pirated or cracked products, cheating tools, malware, account theft or tools bypassing authorisation.
- Forged identity documents or instruments, false certifications, impersonation or sale of unlawfully obtained personal data.
- Gambling, fraud, money laundering, unlawful financial activities, fabricated orders or reviews and sham-transaction services.
- Medicines, narcotics, firearms, ammunition, controlled knives, hazardous chemicals and other strictly regulated categories we do not trade in.
- Unauthorised commercial licences for derivative works, false official collaborations, false authorisation claims and goods clearly endangering personal or property safety.
Article 3 Enhanced review and special projects
Derivative merchandise, font or model material packs, cross-border dropshipping, non-standard handmade goods, higher-value commissions and commissions involving multiple parties require evidence appropriate to specific rights, performance and product-safety risks. Enhanced review does not presume unlawfulness.
Special projects such as pre-sales, group buying, crowdfunding, blind boxes, deposits, instalments, balance payments and tickets or exhibition collection must not be listed solely because they pass high-risk review. Before availability, we must establish corresponding transaction, payment, refund and safety rules and complete necessary procedures. This Article does not itself represent that these projects are already available or that all remain unavailable. Ordinary ready-stock products, customised goods and creator scheduling remain governed by the scope actually available.
Article 4 Publisher duties and action
Publishers must accurately state rights, uses, technical limits, delivery standards and necessary safety warnings, cooperate with proportionate verification, and not use private links to evade prohibitions. We take timely necessary measures upon credible risks. Product-safety risks follow logistics and recall rules. Content restrictions and fund freezes are assessed separately, with disclosable reasons, review and lawful aftercare. A blanket “strictest rule prevails” approach must not exclude consumer rights.
Article 5 Updates and language
This document applies together with the FurryGoods Shop Service Agreement. We provide the applicable terms, give required notices and protect existing orders under its provisions on incorporation, priority and updates. Where separate consent is legally required, we act only after obtaining that consent.
Access merely to download existing deliverables, obtain a refund or settlement, appeal or exit does not constitute acceptance of new adverse terms. Continued use has acceptance effects only to the extent permitted by applicable law and after we have completed the necessary procedures.
The English text prevails in the event of ambiguity or conflict between language versions. This does not limit consumer protections or remedies under applicable mandatory law.
