Agreement Name: FGID User Agreement
Version: First Edition
Publication Date: May 28, 2026
Effective Date: June 7, 2026
Last Updated: May 28, 2026
Welcome to the unified identity-authentication and account-management services provided by FGID, the full name of which is FurryGoods Identity (“FGID”). This FGID User Agreement (the “Agreement”) is entered into between you and:
FGID Operator: 香港福瑞谷國際貿易有限公司 / HONG KONG FURRYGOODS INTERNATIONAL TRADE LIMITED
Company Registration Number: 80485674
Official FGID Website: https://id.furrygoods.cc
Customer Service Email: [email protected]
Response Notice: FGID ordinarily provides an initial reply within seven (7) business days after receiving a complete request through the email address above. A matter involving identity verification, an account-ownership dispute, a security incident, compliance review, a regulatory requirement, or supplementary materials may require additional time for handling or a final reply.
FGID is the unified identity-authentication platform within the FurryGoods product and service ecosystem. It provides account registration, login authentication, identity linking, authorisation management, and account-security services to FurryGoods Shop, FurCore, FurLink, FurCraft, FurryGoodsArt, and other websites, applications, software programs, services, and functions already integrated or integrated in the future.
In principle, FGID itself does not directly provide goods transactions, payment settlement, content publishing, social communications, artificial-intelligence generation, live-stream interaction, or another specific business service. When using an Integrated Service, you shall comply not only with this Agreement but also with the user agreement, privacy policy, transaction rules, content rules, and other specific terms separately published by that service.
Before registering, logging in, linking an account, authorising an Integrated Service, or otherwise using FGID, please read this Agreement carefully. Terms materially affecting your rights and interests, including account restriction or termination, limitation of liability, consequences of account closure, governing law, and dispute resolution, are highlighted in bold or another reasonable manner and should be reviewed with particular care.
If you do not agree with any provision, stop registering for or using FGID. By completing registration, checking an acceptance box, logging in to FGID, logging in to an Integrated Service through FGID, or otherwise actually using FGID, you acknowledge that you have fully read and understood, and agree to accept, this Agreement.

“Including,” “for example,” “but not limited to,” and similar expressions are illustrative and not exhaustive. Headings are for convenience only and do not affect meaning or interpretation.
Article 2 Scope, Composition, and Priority of the Agreement
2.1 Principal Identity Agreement
This is the principal agreement governing user registration, login, and use of FGID, particularly unified accounts, identity authentication, Login Authorisation, account security, and account management.
2.2 Incorporated Documents
Once published and incorporated by link, announcement, page display, checkbox acceptance, or another reasonable means, the following documents form an integral part of this Agreement and have equal legal effect:
- FGID Privacy Policy;
- FGID Cookie Policy;
- FGID Account Closure Notice;
- FGID Account Security and Identity Verification Rules;
- FGID User Notice and Electronic Service Rules;
- FGID Third-Party Account Linking and Login Authorisation Rules;
- FGID Privacy Choices and Personal Data Request Guide;
- other rules, guides, announcements, and supplemental terms published by FGID from time to time.
2.3 Integrated Service Agreements
When you log in to or use an Integrated Service through FGID, that service's separately published user agreement, privacy policy, transaction rules, content standards, subscription rules, and other specific documents also apply.
2.4 Boundaries of Application
This Agreement generally governs account registration, authentication results, Account Credentials, Login Authorisation, unified-account security, and FGID Account closure.
An Integrated Service's specific agreements and rules generally govern goods transactions, payments, refunds, content publishing, social activity, software licensing, artificial-intelligence functions, digital content, live-streaming, subscription fees, and other specific business matters within that service.
2.5 Priority
If documents conflict, the following order generally applies:
- mandatory applicable law and regulatory requirements;
- a specific agreement separately entered into for a particular Integrated Service or function;
- this Agreement; and
- FGID page notices, operating prompts, announcements, and other supplemental explanations.
For unified identity authentication and FGID Account security, however, this Agreement and FGID's specific security rules shall prevail. For the specific business of an Integrated Service, that service's specific agreement shall prevail.
Article 3 Nature and Scope of the FGID Service
3.1 Unified Identity Service
FGID may provide users with all or some of the following:
- unified-account registration and management;
- login authentication and login-state management;
- passwordless authentication through Steam, Google, X.com, or a Passkey;
- linking and unlinking Third-Party Accounts;
- providing authentication results to Integrated Services;
- managing Login Authorisation for Integrated Services;
- managing account data, security settings, devices, and login sessions;
- account recovery, risk verification, and identity verification;
- Organisation Account, member, and permission management; and
- other identity services currently or later launched by FGID.
The functions actually provided and the relevant FGID pages at the time govern availability.
3.2 Not a Specific Business Service
FGID provides identity-authentication and account-management infrastructure only. Unless a page or specific agreement expressly states otherwise, FGID does not become a transaction counterparty, content provider, seller, buyer, payment institution, employer, agent, joint operator, or performance guarantor in an Integrated Service merely because it provides login, authentication, or authorisation.
3.3 Integration Is Not a Warranty
Integration with FGID does not constitute a warranty concerning an Integrated Service's legality, continued availability, service quality, content authenticity, transaction security, or ability to perform. For an Integrated Service operated by an authorised third party, users shall review the operator, contractual terms, and privacy policy themselves.
3.4 Independent Service Eligibility
Holding an FGID Account does not automatically grant access to an Integrated Service, creator or merchant status, organisation permissions, paid functions, testing eligibility, or another particular benefit. An Integrated Service may separately review, restrict, or refuse access under its specific rules.
3.5 Service Changes
FGID may add, modify, restrict, replace, suspend, or discontinue service content because of business development, technical upgrades, security needs, legal compliance, changes in third-party services, or operational arrangements. FGID does not promise permanent provision of any particular function.
Article 4 User Eligibility and Registration
4.1 Legal Capacity
Users must meet the minimum age required by the law of their location and have the legal capacity and authority necessary to enter into and perform this Agreement.
Where applicable law permits a user without full legal capacity to use the service with guardian consent, the user shall read and accept this Agreement with the accompaniment, guidance, and valid consent of a parent or other legal guardian, and the guardian shall assume the responsibilities prescribed by applicable law. An Integrated Service may impose a higher age requirement according to its business nature.
4.2 Registration on Behalf of an Organisation
If you register or manage an FGID Account for a company, studio, business, institution, or other organisation, you represent and warrant that:
- you have the organisation's full, lawful, and valid authorisation;
- you may accept this Agreement and related rules on the organisation's behalf;
- the organisation and authorisation data you submit is true, accurate, and complete; and
- an Organisation Account administrator's acts may be treated as authorised acts of the organisation.
4.3 Registration Data
You shall create or link an account using at least one supported method among Steam, Google, X.com, and Passkey and provide a nickname, age confirmation, region, language, contact email address, or other necessary data as required by the relevant page. The contact email address is used only for notices, customer service, or security handling and does not constitute a separate password-login method.
4.4 Accuracy and Continuing Updates
You shall ensure that the information provided remains true, accurate, complete, lawful, and valid and shall promptly update changes. You bear corresponding responsibility for account anomalies, verification failure, loss of benefits, or other consequences caused by false, erroneous, expired, misappropriated, or outdated data.
4.5 Refusal of Registration
FGID may refuse registration or require further verification if:
- submitted data is incomplete, manifestly false, or suspected to misuse another person's identity;
- registration is anomalous, conducted at scale, automated, or suspected of circumventing restrictions;
- the account name, data, or registration purpose is suspected to be unlawful, infringing, fraudulent, or misleading;
- the user or a related account was previously terminated for a serious violation;
- refusal is necessary under law, regulation, or security-risk controls; or
- another reasonable security or compliance risk exists.
Article 5 Account Ownership, Use, and Management
5.1 Right to Use the Account
The systems, technology, and services relating to an FGID Account are provided by the FGID Operator. Subject to compliance with this Agreement and related rules, the user receives a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the account.
5.2 Prohibition on Account Transfer
Without FGID's written consent, a user shall not sell, lease, lend, gift, arrange succession to, mortgage, pledge, share, or otherwise transfer an FGID Account or Account Credentials, except where mandatory law provides otherwise.
5.3 Identity and Actual Control
According to the nature and security level of the service or compliance requirements, FGID may require verification of a linked Steam, Google, or X.com account, Passkey, logged-in device, contact email address, identity data, organisation data, or other proof proportionate to risk.
Registration data, verification results, historical login devices, linked relationships, usage records, and other evidence may be used to determine account ownership and actual control, but no single item is necessarily conclusive.
5.4 Account Profile and Name
A nickname, avatar, profile, organisation name, or other public data set by a user shall not:
- impersonate another person, organisation, brand, or official representative;
- infringe another person's trademark, name, likeness, reputation, privacy, or other lawful rights and interests;
- contain unlawful, fraudulent, hateful, harassing, obscene, or other improper content;
- mislead another person into believing the user has official FGID or Integrated Service certification; or
- disrupt FGID's normal operations.
FGID may require the user to modify, reset, or cease using non-compliant account data.
Each FGID Account receives a unique system-generated FGID ID. The FGID ID may serve as a public identity identifier and be displayed in an Integrated Service the user actively uses, a profile page, a community page, or within a developer-authorisation scope. The FGID ID is not a real name or legal identity, but it is generally persistent and unique. A user shall not seek to change or misappropriate an FGID ID by changing a nickname.
Users may change their nicknames. To prevent impersonation, harassment, excessive changes, or security risk, FGID may impose frequency, format, and review restrictions. A nickname change does not affect the FGID ID and is not guaranteed to update a local nickname in every Integrated Service.
5.5 Organisation Administrator Responsibilities
An Organisation Account administrator may invite, remove, or manage members within the administrator's permissions. The organisation shall properly configure administrator permissions and bears corresponding responsibility for acts of administrators and sub-accounts within the authorised scope.
After a member leaves, cooperation ends, or permissions change, the organisation shall promptly remove or adjust the permissions. The organisation bears corresponding responsibility for consequences of its failure to do so.
Article 6 Login Methods, Account Linking, and Authorisation
6.1 Login Methods
FGID is a passwordless account system and supports only:
- Steam;
- Google;
- X.com; and
- Passkeys.
FGID does not provide login using an account password or a verification code sent by email or SMS. Availability may be affected by device, region, third-party platform interfaces, and security status. Users may link multiple supported login methods to one FGID Account and shall retain at least one usable method.
6.2 Third-Party Account Linking
A user may link a Third-Party Account to an FGID Account by following page instructions. Before linking, the user shall confirm lawful possession and the right to use the account.
6.3 Independence of Third-Party Services
Third-Party Accounts and their authentication services are provided by the relevant third party. Suspension, restriction, account bans, interface changes, security incidents, or other anomalies affecting the third-party service may prevent login to FGID through that account.
FGID does not warrant the continued availability of a Third-Party Account service. Users should establish a backup login or recovery method as appropriate.
6.4 Linking and Unlinking Risks
Before unlinking Steam, Google, or X.com or deleting a Passkey, the user shall ensure that at least one other valid login method remains. Removing every usable method may prevent further login. FGID may require account recovery through a remaining linked method, trusted device, historical usage record, or other material proportionate to risk.
6.5 Scope of Login Authorisation
When a user logs in to an Integrated Service through FGID, FGID shall display, through an authorisation page, service notice, or another reasonable means, the data categories or permission scope proposed to be provided to the service.
After the user confirms authorisation, FGID may provide information necessary to complete login, registration, account linking, and security management, including:
- the unique FGID Account identifier;
- login-authentication status;
- basic data made public or agreed to by the user;
- account-verification level or a necessary eligibility status; and
- other data expressly authorised by the user.
6.6 Withdrawal of Authorisation
Users may manage or withdraw authorisation in the FGID Account Center or a page provided by the Integrated Service. After withdrawal:
- the Integrated Service may no longer support FGID login;
- a local account, business record, transaction record, or legally retained data created in the Integrated Service may not be deleted automatically;
- the user may need separately to close the account or delete data under that service's rules; and
- withdrawal does not affect processing lawfully conducted before withdrawal.
6.7 Prevention of Authorisation Abuse
A user shall not forge, steal, intercept, sell, or misuse an authorisation code, access token, refresh token, session information, or other authentication Credential or induce another person to authorise an illegitimate Integrated Service.
Article 7 Cross-Service Account Linking and Permission Boundaries
7.1 Unified Account Identifier
FGID generates a unique FGID ID for each account to identify the same user, complete login, maintain account security, and reduce duplicate registration. The FGID ID is a public account identifier and may be displayed in an Integrated Service, authorisation page, or public profile. Publication of the FGID ID alone does not cause FGID to disclose the user's contact data, linked-account details, login logs, identity-verification data, or other non-public information.
7.2 Local Integrated Service Accounts
When a user first logs in to an Integrated Service through FGID, that service may create a local account, user profile, or service file in accordance with the user's authorisation and its specific agreement.
A nickname, role, order, content item, subscription, friend relationship, creator status, merchant data, artificial-intelligence memory, or other business data created within an Integrated Service does not automatically form part of the basic FGID Account data.
7.3 Data Synchronization
Whether an Integrated Service synchronizes a nickname, avatar, contact email address, or other data updated in FGID depends on the authorisation scope, integration method, and that service's rules.
FGID may synchronize security data, authentication status, or account-ban status to an Integrated Service to the extent necessary to maintain account security and service order.
7.4 Cross-Service Security Measures
If an FGID Account is affected by theft, impersonation, fraud, attack, bulk registration, Credential leakage, or another risk that may affect multiple Integrated Services, FGID may apply cross-service security measures, including restricting login, terminating sessions, freezing authentication, or resetting Credentials.
7.5 Effects of Violations Within an Integrated Service
A violation solely of a particular Integrated Service's rules is generally handled within that service.
FGID may nevertheless take cross-service measures against the unified account if:
- the violation also endangers FGID or another Integrated Service;
- it involves identity misuse, fraud, an attack, unlawful transactions, money-laundering risk, serious infringement, or another material unlawful act;
- the user coordinates violations across multiple Integrated Services;
- law, a judicial authority, regulator, or other competent authority so requires; or
- another circumstance makes cross-service action genuinely necessary to protect users, FGID, or the FurryGoods Service Ecosystem.
7.6 No Automatic Transfer of Business Responsibility
A user's rights, obligations, balance, transactions, penalties, subscriptions, and other business status in one Integrated Service do not automatically transfer to another merely because the same FGID Account is used, except where a specific rule expressly provides otherwise.
Article 8 User Conduct
8.1 Lawful Use
Users shall use FGID lawfully, honestly, and prudently and shall not use it for unlawful, infringing, fraudulent, harassing, cybersecurity-disruptive, or rights-infringing conduct.
8.2 Prohibited Conduct
A user shall not engage in or assist:
- impersonating another person or stealing, buying, selling, or unlawfully controlling another person's account;
- bulk, automated, false, or malicious registration;
- circumvention of registration, identity-verification, frequency, geographic, or risk-control restrictions;
- obtaining another person's Account Credentials through phishing, malware, deception, or another means;
- unauthorised access to an account, system, server, Interface, or data;
- unauthorised probing, scanning, testing, or exploitation of an FGID security vulnerability;
- interference with, damage to, or overloading of the FGID service;
- forgery of an authentication result, token, signature, callback request, or authorisation information;
- unauthorised reverse engineering, decompilation, copying, or commercial exploitation of FGID, except where expressly permitted by applicable law;
- use of FGID to send spam, commit fraud, evade a ban, or organize unlawful activity;
- infringement of FGID's, an Integrated Service's, another user's, or a third party's lawful rights and interests; or
- any other conduct violating law, this Agreement, or FGID rules.
8.3 Automated Access
Without FGID's prior written permission, a user shall not use a bot, script, crawler, automated tool, or another method for registration, login, authentication-Interface calls, page scraping, or data acquisition at scale.
8.4 Developer Use
A developer or partner integrating with FGID shall also comply with the FGID Developer Access Agreement, Interface documentation, security standards, brand standards, and data-use restrictions. An ordinary user shall not impersonate an authorised developer or connect to an FGID Interface without authorisation.
Article 9 Account Security and Risk Controls
9.1 User Custody Obligations
Users shall properly protect linked Steam, Google, and X.com accounts, devices, Passkeys, recovery credentials, and login sessions and shall not disclose a recovery code, Third-Party Account Credential, Passkey private key, or other sensitive authentication factor. Where supported by the product interface, users shall link at least two usable methods to reduce the risk of account loss if one third-party service becomes unavailable.
9.2 Attribution of Account Conduct
Except as otherwise provided by law or where FGID is manifestly at fault, an operation completed through a user's account and valid Credentials may reasonably be treated as an act of that user or an authorised person.
9.3 Reporting Anomalies
After discovering account theft, Credential leakage, anomalous login, an unauthorised link, or another security incident, the user shall immediately:
- revoke anomalous sessions, remove affected linked methods, or reconfigure Passkeys;
- terminate anomalous devices or sessions;
- contact FGID customer service; and
- provide required materials establishing account ownership and the anomaly.
9.4 Security Measures
According to security risk, FGID may:
- require additional verification or login again;
- terminate all or some login sessions;
- suspend login through a particular Third-Party Account, Passkey, or device;
- restrict changes to key data;
- suspend Login Authorisation or token issuance;
- temporarily freeze the account;
- require additional identity- or organisation-verification data;
- revoke a Passkey or third-party link or require security settings to be updated;
- synchronize necessary risk status to a relevant Integrated Service; and
- take another reasonably necessary security measure.
9.5 Emergency Measures
If FGID reasonably determines that an account is affected by theft, impersonation, material fraud, a cyberattack, Credential leakage, or another urgent risk, FGID may impose a restriction or freeze before notifying the user or requesting additional information.
9.6 Account Recovery
FGID may determine account ownership based on registration data, historical login information, linked relationships, device records, identity data, payment or business records, and other reasonable evidence.
If multiple persons dispute control, FGID may temporarily freeze the account and require the parties to resolve the dispute through consultation, judicial proceedings, or another lawful means.
9.7 No Absolute Security Warranty
FGID will take reasonable technical and administrative measures to protect accounts but does not warrant that any system is absolutely secure, never interrupted, or immune to attack. Users shall take reasonable account-security measures themselves.
Article 10 Personal Data and Privacy Protection
10.1 Application of the Privacy Policy
FGID collects, holds, processes, uses, shares, transfers, retains, provides access to, corrects, and deletes personal data in accordance with the FGID Privacy Policy and applicable law.
This Agreement summarizes basic principles relating to account services and does not replace the Privacy Policy.
10.2 Processing Purposes
FGID may process necessary personal data to:
- register and manage accounts;
- complete login, authentication, and authorisation;
- maintain account and system security;
- identify anomalous login, fraud, attacks, and violations;
- provide customer service, appeals, and account recovery;
- provide an Integrated Service with user-authorised or service-necessary information;
- comply with legal and regulatory obligations and handle disputes;
- improve service performance, compatibility, and security; and
- pursue another lawful purpose stated in the FGID Privacy Policy.
10.3 Categories of Information
FGID may process:
- registration and contact data;
- account data set by the user;
- identity- or organisation-verification data;
- Third-Party Account-linking information;
- login-device, IP-address, log, session, and security-incident information;
- Login Authorisation, withdrawal, and Integrated Service-linking records;
- customer-service, appeal, report, and dispute records; and
- other information necessary to provide a particular identity service.
10.4 Provision to Integrated Services
FGID provides relevant data to an Integrated Service only if:
- the user expressly authorises it;
- it is necessary to complete user-requested login, registration, or account linking;
- it is necessary to maintain account security, prevent fraud, or handle a serious violation;
- it is required by law, a judicial order, or a regulator; or
- another lawful circumstance stated in the FGID Privacy Policy applies.
10.5 Data Minimization
FGID shall reasonably limit data collected and provided according to the service purpose. An Integrated Service shall not use FGID-obtained data beyond the authorised scope.
10.6 Service Providers
FGID may engage cloud-computing, database, cybersecurity, email-delivery, SMS-verification, identity-verification, customer-service, and other technical providers to process data to the extent necessary and shall use reasonable contractual, permission, and security measures to require their protection of the data.
10.7 Cross-Border Data
Because of global services, cloud infrastructure, technical support, or Integrated Service requirements, data may be stored or processed in Hong Kong, Singapore, Japan, and other locations in which cloud services operate. The relevant data types, safeguards, and scope are governed by the FGID Privacy Policy.
10.8 Direct Marketing
FGID does not treat silence alone as consent to use personal data for direct marketing. Where consent is required, FGID will separately obtain it under applicable law and provide an opt-out.
10.9 Sale, Sharing, and Privacy Choices
FGID does not sell users' personal information, use it for cross-context behavioural advertising, or display advertising based on user profiling. FGID does not use Passkeys, Third-Party Account Credentials, identity-verification data, or account-security data to create advertising profiles.
Through the FGID Privacy Choices and Personal Data Request Guide, users may manage “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information,” sensitive-personal-information limits, Cookies, direct-marketing opt-outs, and other privacy-rights requests. Where required by applicable law and technically recognizable, FGID will honor compliant Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals.
10.10 Access, Correction, and Deletion
Users may lawfully request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal data through the Account Center or another FGID channel. Some data may need to be retained for account security, dispute handling, audit, legal obligations, or another lawful reason.
Article 11 Service Availability and Third-Party Dependencies
11.1 Reasonable Commercial Efforts
FGID will use reasonable commercial efforts to maintain stable and secure services but does not warrant uninterrupted or error-free service, suitability for every device, or continuing compatibility with every Integrated Service.
11.2 Maintenance and Upgrades
FGID may suspend all or part of the service for maintenance, upgrades, vulnerability remediation, capacity adjustment, or security needs. FGID will, where reasonably practicable, give advance notice of planned maintenance.
11.3 Third-Party Dependencies
Some FGID functions may depend on network operators, cloud providers, domain providers, SMS providers, email providers, identity-verification providers, Third-Party Account providers, or other technical providers.
If service is disrupted by a third-party outage, interface change, policy change, or another cause outside FGID's reasonable control, FGID will use reasonable efforts to restore service or provide an alternative but does not warrant continuous availability.
11.4 Geographic and Device Restrictions
FGID does not warrant availability in every country, region, network environment, operating system, device, or application store. The service actually provided governs the supported scope.
Article 12 Fees
12.1 FGID Service Fees
Whether FGID charges for a particular service is governed by the relevant page, subscription notice, or specific agreement. Without separate confirmation, FGID will not automatically charge an undisclosed fee merely because a user holds an account.
12.2 Integrated Service Fees
An Integrated Service may offer paid goods, subscriptions, transactions, value-added functions, or other paid items. The relevant service charges those fees under its specific agreement and page notices; they are not fees for the basic FGID identity service governed by this Agreement.
12.3 Taxes and Third-Party Fees
Fees arising from a user's use of a network, SMS, Third-Party Account, application store, or another third-party service are handled between the user and relevant provider under that provider's rules.
Article 13 Intellectual Property and Brand Use
13.1 FGID Rights
Intellectual-property rights and related interests in the FGID service and its software, code, Interfaces, pages, designs, trademarks, logos, documentation, databases, and other content belong to the FGID Operator or relevant rightsholder.
13.2 Limited License
During the term of this Agreement, FGID grants the user a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license solely to use FGID normally in accordance with this Agreement.
13.3 Rights in User Data
Users retain their rights in nicknames, avatars, profiles, and other data in which they lawfully hold rights. Uploading data does not transfer ownership to FGID.
13.4 Necessary License
To provide account display, Login Authorisation, data synchronization, security review, customer-service handling, and technical adaptation, the user grants FGID a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license, sublicensable to necessary service providers, solely within the scope and period necessary to provide the FGID service.
13.5 Prohibition on Brand Impersonation
Without written authorisation, a user shall not make commitments in the name of FGID, FurryGoods, or a related brand or imply that the user is an official representative, official partner, officially certified person, or beneficiary of an official guarantee.
Article 14 Violation Handling and Appeals
14.1 Violations
FGID may take action if it determines or reasonably suspects that a user:
- violates this Agreement or related rules;
- provides false data or misuses an identity;
- steals, sells, leases, or shares an account;
- conducts bulk registration, automated attacks, or Credential abuse;
- uses FGID for fraud, infringement, harassment, or unlawful activity;
- circumvents identity verification, permission controls, or risk controls;
- endangers FGID, an Integrated Service, or another user's security;
- refuses reasonable cooperation with security verification, complaint handling, or a regulatory investigation; or
- otherwise requires action under law or contract.
14.2 Available Measures
FGID may take one or more of the following measures:
- warn or require remediation;
- reset account data;
- restrict linking, authorisation, or changes to key data;
- terminate login sessions or revoke tokens;
- restrict login to some or all Integrated Services;
- suspend or freeze the account;
- require re-authentication;
- permanently terminate the account;
- refuse re-registration;
- communicate risk status to necessary Integrated Services; and
- retain evidence, report to competent authorities, or cooperate with an investigation.
14.3 Scope of Measures
FGID shall reasonably determine the measures and scope of impact according to the nature of the violation, level of risk, scope of impact, and user's history.
14.4 User Appeals
A user disputing a restriction, freeze, or termination may submit account data, an explanation, and supporting materials through an FGID appeal channel.
FGID will review system records, user materials, security risks, Integrated Service feedback, and other reasonable evidence. The original measure may remain in effect while the appeal is pending.
Article 15 Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
15.1 Boundaries of Responsibility
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, FGID is responsible only for the identity-authentication and account-management services it directly provides.
Except where FGID expressly undertakes otherwise or law provides otherwise, FGID does not assume an Integrated Service operator's responsibility for content, goods, transactions, payments, subscriptions, artificial-intelligence output, social relationships, live streams, digital assets, or another specific business matter.
15.2 Matters Not Warranted
FGID does not warrant that:
- a user can always log in through any particular method;
- a Third-Party Account, network, device, or Integrated Service is always available;
- an Integrated Service will continue to support FGID;
- the service is entirely free from vulnerabilities, errors, interruptions, or security risks;
- a user will meet an Integrated Service's eligibility requirements after logging in through FGID; or
- FGID will retain or restore a user's data, benefits, or business status within an Integrated Service.
15.3 User-Caused Loss
A user bears corresponding legal responsibility for loss caused by improper custody of a linked Third-Party Account, Passkey, recovery credential, or device; visiting a phishing site; device malware; false data; or failure to update data promptly.
15.4 Third-Party Causes
To the extent FGID is not at fault and applicable law permits, FGID is not liable for service disruption or loss caused by a Third-Party Account provider, Integrated Service, network operator, cloud provider, SMS or email provider, device manufacturer, or another third party.
15.5 Administrative Measures
A reasonable account restriction, freeze, reset, session termination, authorisation revocation, or other measure taken by FGID under this Agreement, related rules, legal requirements, or a reasonable security determination does not constitute breach merely because it restricts normal use. FGID remains responsible under law for harm caused by its intent or negligence.
15.6 Scope of Loss
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, FGID's liability for damages is limited to direct, actual loss the user can prove and that was reasonably foreseeable. FGID is not liable for indirect loss, loss of anticipated benefits, loss of goodwill, business interruption, or loss of data.
15.7 Non-Excludable Liability
No disclaimer or limitation in this Agreement applies to any liability that applicable law expressly prohibits from being excluded or limited, nor does it exclude liability arising from FGID's fraud, intentional misconduct, or other conduct for which liability may not lawfully be excluded.
Article 16 Service Suspension, Account Termination, and Closure
16.1 User Discontinuation
A user may stop using FGID at any time, but stopping login is not account closure and does not automatically terminate an existing contract or business relationship between the user and an Integrated Service.
16.2 User Application for Closure
A user may apply to close an account under the FGID Account Closure Notice. To prevent malicious closure by another person, FGID may require identity verification first.
16.3 Conditions Precedent to Closure
FGID may refuse, defer, or conditionally process a closure application if:
- account ownership is disputed;
- the account is compromised, frozen, or under security investigation;
- a complaint, appeal, or violation investigation remains pending;
- an Integrated Service contains an outstanding transaction, subscription, refund, settlement, or other continuing obligation;
- law, regulation, or judicial proceedings require continued account retention; or
- another reasonable circumstance makes immediate closure inappropriate.
16.4 Effects of Closure
After an FGID Account is closed, the user will generally be unable to log in to all or some Integrated Services through that account. Closure may prevent access to content, records, subscriptions, benefits, roles, friend relationships, or other business data in an Integrated Service. Before closure, the user shall independently handle, export, or back up data that may lawfully be handled.
16.5 No Automatic Termination of Integrated Service Obligations
FGID Account closure does not automatically:
- cancel an order, subscription, or other contract entered into by the user;
- discharge a payment, refund, compensation, or other obligation in an Integrated Service;
- delete data independently retained by an Integrated Service under law or contract;
- undo authorisation or data processing occurring before closure; or
- terminate a pending complaint, dispute, risk-control, or judicial process.
16.6 Data Retention
After closure, FGID may retain relevant data for the necessary period to comply with law, handle disputes, conduct audits, protect security, prevent malicious re-registration, or protect lawful rights and interests. The FGID Privacy Policy and Account Closure Notice govern retention.
16.7 Termination by FGID
FGID may suspend or permanently terminate an account if the user seriously violates this Agreement, endangers service security, commits unlawful conduct, or meets another termination condition. Termination does not affect responsibilities and obligations arising before termination.
Article 17 Agreement Updates
17.1 Right to Modify
FGID may modify this Agreement and related rules because of changes in law or regulation, regulatory requirements, business adjustments, product upgrades, security risks, changes in Integrated Services, or another reasonable cause.
17.2 Notice Methods
FGID may notify users through a website announcement, the Account Center, an in-site notice, a pop-up, email, SMS, an Integrated Service notice, or another reasonable means.
17.3 Effective Time
Unless the notice states otherwise, an updated agreement generally takes effect seven (7) days after publication.
An update required immediately by law, regulation, a material security risk, vulnerability remediation, or an emergency may take effect upon publication or notice.
17.4 Rejection of an Update
If a user does not agree with an updated agreement, the user shall stop using FGID and, if eligible, apply to close the account. Continued use after the update takes effect constitutes acceptance.
Article 18 Notices, Electronic Records, and Language Versions
18.1 Electronic Notices
The user agrees that FGID may send account, security, authentication, authorisation, agreement-update, violation-handling, and service-change notices through the Account Center, in-site messages, announcements, pop-ups, email, SMS, system messages, Integrated Service notices, or linked contact details.
Except where mandatory law provides otherwise, notice is deemed served when sent to the user's registered contact details, displayed on an account page, or publicly announced.
18.2 Validity of Contact Details
The user shall ensure that contact email and other contact details are true, valid, and capable of receiving information. The user bears the consequences under law of failing to receive notice because contact details were not promptly updated.
18.3 Electronic Records
The user agrees that FGID registration, login, authentication, authorisation, device, security-log, system-notice, customer-service, and other electronic records may serve as evidence in handling account ownership, security incidents, appeals, disputes, or judicial proceedings.
18.4 Language Versions
This Agreement may be provided in Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese, English, Japanese, or another language. Unless FGID expressly states otherwise, if language versions conflict or are ambiguous, the Simplified Chinese version shall prevail.
Article 19 Severability, Assignment, and Other Terms
19.1 Severability
If any provision is held invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective. To the extent permitted by law, the affected provision shall be replaced with a valid provision that most closely achieves its original purpose.
19.2 Restrictions on User Assignment
Without FGID's prior written consent, a user shall not assign all or part of the rights or obligations under this Agreement to a third party.
19.3 Succession by the Operator
For business restructuring, merger, asset transfer, affiliate arrangements, service integration, or compliance needs, the FGID Operator may assign, delegate, or arrange for an affiliate to assume rights and obligations under this Agreement and will provide any notice required by law.
19.4 Reservation of Rights
FGID's failure or delay in exercising a right does not waive it. Handling or tolerating a particular violation does not excuse a subsequent similar violation.
19.5 Entire Agreement
This Agreement and its incorporated documents constitute the entire agreement between the user and FGID concerning unified-account and identity-authentication services but do not replace specific agreements separately entered into between the user and each Integrated Service.
Article 20 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
20.1 Governing Law
The formation, validity, interpretation, performance, amendment, termination, and dispute resolution of this Agreement are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
20.2 Consultation
The parties shall first attempt to resolve a dispute arising from or relating to this Agreement through FGID customer service, an account appeal, or another reasonable means.
20.3 Jurisdiction
If consultation fails, either party may bring proceedings before a court of competent jurisdiction in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
20.4 Interim Relief
Notwithstanding the foregoing, FGID may apply to a court of competent jurisdiction for an injunction, asset preservation, evidence preservation, emergency relief, or another interim measure when necessary.
