This FGID Cookie Policy (the “Policy”) explains how 香港福瑞谷國際貿易有限公司 (“we,” “us,” or “our”) uses Cookies and similar technologies on https://id.furrygoods.cc, the FGID Account Center, the Developer Platform, and related interfaces.

This Policy should be read together with the FGID Privacy Policy and the Cookie settings panel.

Article 1 What Cookies and Similar Technologies Are

A Cookie is a small data file stored by a website in a browser or on a device. Similar technologies include local storage, session storage, SDKs, pixel tags, cache identifiers, device identifiers, and other technologies used to store information on, or read information from, a device.

These technologies may be used to maintain login status, prevent cross-site request forgery, save preferences, identify anomalous logins, measure performance, or provide other functions after obtaining any required consent.

Article 2 Categories We Use

2.1 Strictly Necessary Cookies

These technologies are necessary to provide a service you expressly request or to protect system security and generally cannot be disabled through the Cookie settings panel.

Uses may include:

1. creating and maintaining secure sessions;
2. completing login and single sign-on redirects;
3. preventing cross-site request forgery, replay attacks, and session hijacking;
4. recording Cookie and privacy choices;
5. load balancing, disaster recovery, and cybersecurity protection; and
6. completing account closure, withdrawal of authorisation, or another user request.

You may block these Cookies in your browser, but FGID login or security functions may then fail to operate properly.

2.2 Security and Authentication Technologies

These technologies identify trusted devices, perform multi-factor authentication, detect anomalous logins, and protect accounts.

Depending on the implementation, some security technologies may be strictly necessary. If a technology exceeds what is necessary for security, we will provide the controls required by law.

2.3 Functionality and Preference Cookies

These Cookies remember language, region, theme, accessibility settings, interface layout, and other user choices.

FGID will generally remain usable if they are disabled, but some preferences may not be saved.

2.4 Performance and Analytics Cookies

These Cookies help us understand page loading, errors, traffic, feature use, and system performance so that we may improve the service.

In jurisdictions where applicable law requires consent, we enable non-essential analytics technologies only after obtaining consent. Without consent, we may use necessary operational statistics that do not read information from the user's device or that have been sufficiently anonymized, but only to the extent permitted by applicable law.

2.5 Advertising and Cross-Site Tracking Cookies

FGID does not use advertising Cookies to track users' behavior across websites, sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioural advertising through Cookies, or display advertising based on user profiling.

If we enable advertising or targeting technologies in the future, we will update this Policy and the Cookie settings panel in advance and, where applicable, obtain consent and provide a “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” control.

Article 3 Cookie List

FGID will identify the Cookies and similar technologies actually in use through the Cookie settings panel or an updated online version of this Policy, including:

1. name;
2. provider;
3. purpose;
4. first-party or third-party status;
5. session or persistent status;
6. retention period;
7. whether strictly necessary; and
8. the data categories involved.

The specific list is governed by the Cookie settings panel or an updated online version of this Policy. We will not enable a new non-essential Cookie without updating the list or obtaining any consent required by applicable law.

Article 4 Consent and Management

4.1 First Visit

In jurisdictions where consent is required, we will provide a Cookie settings interface on the first visit that allows you to:

1. accept all non-essential Cookies;
2. reject all non-essential Cookies;
3. make choices by category; and
4. review this Policy and the detailed list.

Non-essential choices should not be preselected. Rejecting non-essential Cookies should not prevent you from using basic services that do not depend on them.

4.2 Changing Choices at Any Time

You may change your choices at any time through “Cookie Settings” in the page footer or through the Account Center. After consent is withdrawn, we will cease subsequent related reading or writing, but withdrawal does not affect processing lawfully conducted before withdrawal.

You may also delete or block Cookies through your browser. Settings differ by browser. Blocking all Cookies may prevent login, account-security, or preference functions from operating properly.

We may retain the consent version, time, region, selected categories, and necessary technical information to demonstrate and give effect to your choices.

Article 5 Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track

5.1 Global Privacy Control

Where required by applicable law and technically recognizable, we treat a compliant Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal as a request to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information.

GPC generally does not disable Cookies necessary to maintain login, protect security, or complete a user request and is not automatically equivalent to rejecting all non-essential Cookies. We implement applicable Cookie-consent choices and sale-or-sharing opt-outs separately.

5.2 Do Not Track

Browser Do Not Track (DNT) signals currently lack a single global legal or technical standard. Except as otherwise required by applicable law, we do not guarantee the same response to every DNT signal.

We prioritize GPC and other valid opt-out preference signals that have clear specifications and legal effect.

Article 6 Third-Party Technologies

Integrated Services, third-party login providers, or embedded content may set their own Cookies or similar technologies. The relevant third party processes data under its privacy policy.

FGID does not permit a third party to conduct advertising tracking unrelated to login on an FGID page merely because you use third-party login. Whether a third-party login redirect page sets Cookies is determined by that third party.

Article 7 Retention Periods

The lifespan of a Cookie depends on its purpose:

1. a session Cookie is generally deleted when the browser is closed, the user logs out, or the session expires;
2. a persistent Cookie remains until its specified period expires or you delete it;
3. the period for a security Cookie is determined by risk and trusted-device settings;
4. a consent Cookie may be retained for a reasonable period to remember your choice; and
5. a non-essential Cookie should not be set for longer than necessary to fulfill its purpose.

The specific periods are stated in the Cookie list.

Article 8 Minors

If FGID permits minors to use the service, we will adjust Cookie consent and tracking settings according to their age and applicable law.

FGID will not knowingly sell, or share for cross-context behavioural advertising, the personal information of a user under sixteen (16) years of age through Cookies.

Article 9 Policy Updates

We may update this Policy in response to changes in technology, providers, law, or the service. We will notify users of material changes through the Cookie settings interface, an announcement, a pop-up, or another reasonable means.

If we add a purpose requiring consent, we will obtain the necessary consent again before enabling it.
