FurryGoods Shop Minor Protection Rules (v1.2)

Article 1 Purpose and application
In this document, “we”, “us” and “our” mean 香港福瑞谷國際貿易有限公司 (HONG KONG FURRYGOODS INTERNATIONAL TRADE LIMITED), the operator of FurryGoods Shop. “Shop” or the “Platform” means our FurryGoods Shop services. “You” means a user of the services covered by this document. Provisions concerning buyers, creators or other particular capacities apply only to persons acting in that capacity.
These Rules protect minors and govern accounts, transactions, content and data processing. The age-18 threshold is our business eligibility condition, not a statement that the legal age of majority is 18 everywhere. Higher ages or other requirements under applicable law prevail.
Article 2 Account and transaction eligibility
To register, order or trade as a creator, you must be at least 18 and possess the independent contractual capacity required by applicable law. Any higher legally required age applies. Organisations act through adult representatives with appropriate authority. Ineligible persons must not use another person's identification, conceal age or borrow an account to evade restrictions. Publicly viewable content does not mean that minors may register, order or operate a business.
Article 3 Guardian purchases
An eligible guardian may purchase through their own account, acting on their own behalf and using a lawful payment method, where lawful and suitable for a minor, and bears the buyer obligations for that order. This does not permit lending an account to a minor or allowing a minor to operate independently. Minors must not be asked to submit intimate images, sensitive data unrelated to performance or engage in inappropriate contact.
Article 4 Discovery of ineligibility
We will suspend necessary new transactions or high-risk functions, verify facts, and handle existing orders, refunds, downloads and data requests. Age issues do not automatically result in confiscation, a finding of fraud or loss of statutory rights. Guardian disputes require examination of age, authority, the order and legal effect; account records or successful payment alone do not establish guardian consent. Migration of existing users to a new threshold requires lawful notice and arrangements and does not retrospectively turn previously lawful transactions into violations.
Article 5 Content and interactions
We prohibit adult and R18 content, sexualisation or exploitation of minors, inducement to dangerous acts, harassment and inappropriate intimate contact. Minors must not be asked to provide intimate images, sensitive character details or identification unrelated to performance. Necessary age and guardian verification must be proportionate; ordinary risk reports must not lead to excessive data collection.
Article 6 Guardian requests and aftercare
An entitled guardian may raise age, transaction-authorisation, refund or data issues through our unified email. We reasonably verify authority and order facts and act under applicable law. Successful payment and account logs alone do not establish guardian consent. Age issues do not automatically cause confiscation or retrospective violation findings for previously lawful transactions. Necessary protection and suspension of new transactions must not block existing refunds, downloads or rights requests.
Article 7 Updates and language
This document applies together with the FurryGoods Shop Service Agreement. We provide the applicable terms, give required notices and protect existing orders under its provisions on incorporation, priority and updates. Where separate consent is legally required, we act only after obtaining that consent.
Access merely to download existing deliverables, obtain a refund or settlement, appeal or exit does not constitute acceptance of new adverse terms. Continued use has acceptance effects only to the extent permitted by applicable law and after we have completed the necessary procedures.
The English text prevails in the event of ambiguity or conflict between language versions. This does not limit consumer protections or remedies under applicable mandatory law.
