FurryGoods Shop Early Selected Creator Platform Service-Fee Waiver Campaign Rules (v1.2)
Version v1.2. Unpublished review draft; not effective. Target effective date: 1 October 2026. Actual publication, notice and commencement depend on completion of the required procedures. This draft does not replace currently applicable terms. English is the baseline and prevailing text, subject to mandatory consumer protections. See the package README for outstanding release checks.
Article 1 Campaign and applicable records
In this document, “we”, “us” and “our” mean 香港福瑞谷國際貿易有限公司 (HONG KONG FURRYGOODS INTERNATIONAL TRADE LIMITED), the operator of FurryGoods Shop. “Shop” or the “Platform” means our FurryGoods Shop services. “You” means a user of the services covered by this document. Provisions concerning buyers, creators or other particular capacities apply only to persons acting in that capacity.
No expiry date was agreed for waiver benefits acquired in the first campaign; they apply to Platform service fees. We do not infer their expiry from the campaign's closure or retrospectively impose a deadline through this update. Holders may verify valid award and use records. Absence of an expiry date does not change the nature of the benefits: they waive only agreed service fees and cannot be withdrawn as cash.
The first Early Selected Creator Platform Service-Fee Waiver Campaign has ended and accepts no new participants. Validly acquired but unused benefits continue under the rules effective when acquired. This update neither invalidates existing benefits nor automatically launches another campaign. Any later campaign will have a separate announcement of conditions and dates. Applications, onboarding or invitations that previously satisfied valid conditions are not retrospectively cancelled by this update. We provide verifiable benefit records and do not presume unused benefits invalid because the campaign ended or no new announcement exists. Supplementary rules do not retrospectively introduce expiry dates, narrow the scope of use or increase qualification requirements.
Article 2 Historical allocation and rewards
The campaign originally announced an aggregate service-fee waiver allocation of CNY20,000 and an individual cumulative limit of CNY3,000 per creator. The basic reward for approved onboarding was CNY200. For a qualifying invitation, the inviter and invitee each received CNY500; an invitee also eligible for the onboarding reward received CNY700 in total. Overall and individual limits accrue according to valid award records, and awards cease when the allocation is exhausted. These Rules do not enlarge the award pool.
For example, CNY200 for onboarding plus six CNY500 invitation rewards would theoretically total CNY3,200, capped at CNY3,000 by the individual limit. Actual entitlement remains subject to the original valid participation conditions and remaining pool; this illustration alone does not establish an award.
Article 3 Valid invitations and eligibility
A valid invitation requires a valid invitation code in the onboarding application, approval of the invitee and completion of necessary shop setup, without substantiated impersonation, duplicate entities or reward abuse. Arbitrary addition or replacement of a code after submission is generally unsupported. We investigate and correct our system errors or credible evidence of an originally valid entry; administrative omissions do not negate rights.
One actual entity must not split accounts to obtain duplicate onboarding rewards. A shared IP address, device, brand or household is only an investigative indicator and does not alone disqualify independent creators. Disputed reward determinations receive disclosable grounds and human review.
Article 4 Use and records
Credits apply to Shop Platform service fees covered by the valid campaign. Payment-channel fees, taxes, withdrawal fees and currency conversion not expressly covered are not automatically offset. Credits are not cash, cashback or monetary commission payments and cannot be withdrawn, transferred, sold or exchanged for change. The first campaign did not separately agree detailed rules on stacking order, refund restoration or currency conversion. This version's refund-restoration provisions protect existing benefits and are not represented as original campaign conditions. Where use order or currency conversion is relevant, we clearly explain and lawfully agree it before use, make it verifiable and do not reduce awarded amounts through ad hoc conversion. More favourable valid existing commitments continue to apply.
We award credits after verifying eligibility and invitation relationships and provide acquisition, deduction, balance and refund-restoration records. Ordinary issues follow the user-notice rules and must not be delayed indefinitely under a vague review process. Where the original valid rules specified no expiry, this version does not unilaterally introduce retrospective expiry and forfeiture.
Article 5 Refunds, exit and irregularities
When a refund reverses service fees, used credits are restored rather than paid out in cash, with reasonable use opportunities preserved under the general campaign rules. Account exit does not convert credits to cash but must not result in confiscation of lawful merchant payables. Proven fraudulent rewards justify cancellation only of the corresponding improper credits. Recovery of used credits requires lawful, valid grounds and verifiable amounts and does not cancel unrelated benefits.
Article 6 Closure and preserved commitments
The first campaign no longer accepts new participants or reward applications. Rewards meeting valid conditions before its original closure remain subject to verification and fulfilment as agreed and are not retrospectively revoked. Participation does not guarantee recommendations, traffic or increased sales. Rule changes follow the Service Agreement's procedures; we retain no final-interpretation power to arbitrarily override valid agreements.
Article 7 Updates and language
This document applies together with the FurryGoods Shop Service Agreement. We provide the applicable terms, give required notices and protect existing orders under its provisions on incorporation, priority and updates. Where separate consent is legally required, we act only after obtaining that consent.
Access merely to download existing deliverables, obtain a refund or settlement, appeal or exit does not constitute acceptance of new adverse terms. Continued use has acceptance effects only to the extent permitted by applicable law and after we have completed the necessary procedures.
The English text prevails in the event of ambiguity or conflict between language versions. This does not limit consumer protections or remedies under applicable mandatory law.
