FurryGoods Shop Product and Work Labelling and Classification Standards (v1.2)
Version v1.2. Unpublished review draft; not effective. Target effective date: 1 October 2026. Actual publication, notice and commencement depend on completion of the required procedures. This draft does not replace currently applicable terms. English is the baseline and prevailing text, subject to mandatory consumer protections. See the package README for outstanding release checks.
Article 1 Basic classification
In this document, “we”, “us” and “our” mean 香港福瑞谷國際貿易有限公司 (HONG KONG FURRYGOODS INTERNATIONAL TRADE LIMITED), the operator of FurryGoods Shop. “Shop” or the “Platform” means our FurryGoods Shop services. “You” means a user of the services covered by this document. Provisions concerning buyers, creators or other particular capacities apply only to persons acting in that capacity.
Products must accurately distinguish physical goods, digital goods and commissions, and identify ready stock, made-to-order production or commission scheduling, original, derivative or collaborative creation, and actual delivery methods. A label does not authorise sales of unavailable pre-sales, blind boxes, crowdfunding, group buying or instalments. Labels do not replace specific order obligations or required business qualifications.
Article 2 Commission and licence labels
Commissions must identify work type, order availability and scheduling, delivery stages, revision allowances and charges, publication timing and confidentiality requirements. Personal, commercial, exclusive licences and transfers require specific terms; “buyout” does not automatically grant every right. “Display permitted” must distinguish personal display, the creator's portfolio and our advertising, and does not automatically include AI training, third-party materials or public disclosure of real identities.
Article 3 Examples, AI and content suitability
Product images, examples, previews, illustrations and deliverables must be distinguished. AI-generated, composited or non-final content must be accurately labelled. We prohibit adult and R18 content and do not provide paid adult labels that bypass prohibitions. Age-suitability statements, sensitive-subject notices and safety warnings must match content and product requirements; labels do not permit unlawful content.
Article 4 Incorrect labels and handling
Errors must be corrected promptly, with aftercare for affected existing orders, and must not retrospectively reduce licences, allowances, prices or delivery periods. We take necessary corrective and review measures based on specific facts and provide reasons and appeals. Classification changes follow the Service Agreement's update procedures; internal labels do not change the actual seller or statutory responsibilities.
Article 5 Updates and language
This document applies together with the FurryGoods Shop Service Agreement. We provide the applicable terms, give required notices and protect existing orders under its provisions on incorporation, priority and updates. Where separate consent is legally required, we act only after obtaining that consent.
Access merely to download existing deliverables, obtain a refund or settlement, appeal or exit does not constitute acceptance of new adverse terms. Continued use has acceptance effects only to the extent permitted by applicable law and after we have completed the necessary procedures.
The English text prevails in the event of ambiguity or conflict between language versions. This does not limit consumer protections or remedies under applicable mandatory law.
