FurryGoods Shop Content Standards and Community Guidelines (v1.2)
Version v1.2. Unpublished review draft; not effective. Target effective date: 1 October 2026. Actual publication, notice and commencement depend on completion of the required procedures. This draft does not replace currently applicable terms. English is the baseline and prevailing text, subject to mandatory consumer protections. See the package README for outstanding release checks.
Article 1 Scope and basic conduct
In this document, “we”, “us” and “our” mean 香港福瑞谷國際貿易有限公司 (HONG KONG FURRYGOODS INTERNATIONAL TRADE LIMITED), the operator of FurryGoods Shop. “Shop” or the “Platform” means our FurryGoods Shop services. “You” means a user of the services covered by this document. Provisions concerning buyers, creators or other particular capacities apply only to persons acting in that capacity.
These Guidelines cover products, works, nicknames, avatars, reviews, order communications and other interactions actually available. We encourage truthful information, respectful expression, reasonable questions and creative exchange. Governance must be lawful, fair, necessary and proportionate; criticism of us or a creator does not itself constitute a violation.
Article 2 Prohibited content and conduct
We prohibit unlawful or infringing content, pornography and R18 content, sexualisation and exploitation of minors, real-world threats of violence, incitement to self-harm, excessively graphic bloodshed or abuse, identity-based hatred and discrimination, harassment, stalking, doxxing and disclosure of private information. Fraud, money laundering, gambling, unlawful fundraising, impersonating officials, false stock, price or authorisation claims, fabricated orders or reviews, malware, phishing and spam flooding are prohibited.
You must not fabricate communications, delivery or payment evidence, organise targeted attacks, or expose private information to force a refund or withdrawal of a complaint. Good-faith follow-up, negative experiences, reasonable enforcement of rights and reports that are not upheld must not all be categorised as harassment, malice or brand risk.
Article 3 Communications and personal data
Order communications must concern performance and reasonable service needs. You must not request unrelated private images, passwords, verification codes or card security codes. Screenshots, rights-enforcement materials and responses must minimise disclosure and lawfully protect names, addresses, payment details and unpublished works. Legitimate evidence is handled under applicable law and procedures; general confidentiality requirements must not obstruct remedies.
Article 4 External contacts and works
Lawful links to social media and agreed cloud-drive delivery are permitted, but must not be used for private-payment fraud, misleading claims of our guarantee or infringement of works. Authors may use pseudonyms for attribution. The authorisation boundaries for necessary service displays, advertising and AI training are addressed separately.
Article 5 Reviews and display
We do not restrict truthful, lawful reviews merely because a dispute is unresolved, the seller denies it or the buyer exercises a lawful chargeback right. Unlawful content, privacy disclosures, threats or demonstrably false content are assessed individually under applicable law and review rules. Where the infringing portion can be edited out, deletion of the entire review is not automatically required. Reasons and appeal routes must be available; withdrawal of a negative review is not a condition of a refund.
Article 6 Moderation, reporting and review
We use correction, partial hiding, removal or necessary account restrictions based on specific facts and provide disclosable reasons and human review under the violation and appeal rules. Urgent danger is addressed promptly, followed by notice within the applicable period. Restrictions on disputed funds require separate, specific grounds; a content report does not justify confiscating all funds. Published outcomes minimise disclosure in accordance with law and do not expose non-public verified identities by default.
Article 7 Updates and language
This document applies together with the FurryGoods Shop Service Agreement. We provide the applicable terms, give required notices and protect existing orders under its provisions on incorporation, priority and updates. Where separate consent is legally required, we act only after obtaining that consent.
Access merely to download existing deliverables, obtain a refund or settlement, appeal or exit does not constitute acceptance of new adverse terms. Continued use has acceptance effects only to the extent permitted by applicable law and after we have completed the necessary procedures.
The English text prevails in the event of ambiguity or conflict between language versions. This does not limit consumer protections or remedies under applicable mandatory law.
