We operate FurryGoods Shop as 香港福瑞谷國際貿易有限公司 (HONG KONG FURRYGOODS INTERNATIONAL TRADE LIMITED) and assume the operator’s obligations under the applicable agreements.

Our registered address is Room 704, 7/F, Block A, New Mandarin Plaza, 14 Science Museum Road, Tsim Sha Tsui, Hong Kong. This is a translation of the Chinese address, not a representation that it reproduces an English registry entry.

Contact and rights requests

Contact [email protected] about Shop orders, after-sales matters, merchant services, personal-data rights, intellectual-property complaints and other service matters. Supply only information necessary for the request. Do not send passwords, verification codes, full payment-card details or unrelated identity documents by ordinary email.

You may request closure of your unified account through the FG Identity Account Centre. This also closes Shop and other FurryGoods service accounts linked to that unified account. The consequences and treatment of outstanding matters are set out in the Account Termination Notice. Merely exiting Shop trading or submitting a data request does not automatically instruct closure of the unified account.

Returns

The registered address above is not the default returns address. For returns, we or the relevant seller provide an actual receiving address and necessary receiving details through the relevant order, under the Physical Goods Logistics and After-Sales Rules. Do not send returns to the registered office without confirmation.

Changes to information

We keep this page accurate and give notice of changes where required by law. Updating the page alone does not transfer the contracting party or release our liabilities for existing transactions.

Language

Our customer-service and appeal-handling language is English. Providing agreements in other languages does not mean human support is available in those languages. Other requirements of applicable law remain unaffected.
